The perfect girl's night in ideas!

Saturday, I must say was pretty awesome! I have packed my pretty little pink bag full of goodies
from Debenhams, with new boots on and broken umbrella, I have headed toward rainy Northern Quarter, to meet my lovely girl, Nina . Me and Nina, if we get to see each other, usually end up in a classy bar with not so much sophisticated shots involved in, so spending the night in with pink champagne and hot chocolate was something different. We had a pretty damn good reason to celebrate as well! I was awarded twice last month for my little blog (Amara Interior Awards (Best Newcomer) and Next.co.uk NBN Awards– Best Home Blog category and I got shortlisted in Cosmopolitan Award, which I didn’t win, buuu) You can read about these in next couple of days! There is pretty tough time for me now, as I have so much work in my day job so I spend the nights writing up for blog and I am little too tired(perhaps getting too old as well) for a heavy celebration night! We wanted to spend the night a little differently! We watched Netflix amazing movies as well, as pampering ourselves with hot chocolate and making hair.

The First thing that I was so excited about , was the fact that I can make an excuse to wear my new Ted Baker Onesie! I am not going to lie! This is the softest, snugglest and the most posh onesie I have ever had! If you think you too old for onesie, well check that range of Christmas pyjamas girl, I bet you will change your mind!! My slippers are ace too! I love the mix of wool and fur detail with the cutest pompoms ever! These are with rubber underneath so no need to take them off even if you need to sneak out outside to see the postman or throw away the rubbish! I find it pretty annoying if I have to change them! Nina got kimono with floral design also from Ted Baker! It really suits her as well! We also spent the night watching Netflix best movies and drink wine ( after that hot chocolate) Me and Nina, often meet up for a girly night in with a Netflix sessions binge watching our favourite series or romantic comedies crying our eyes out. We often would search for best movies to watch on Netflix online to find out what’s the latest best ranking for movies. We absolutely love our nights in together.

I am madly in love with Nina’s apartment, located in heart of Manchester, and with great layout! It’s perfect for girls night’s in! Once we sat with Nina, we started with the pink champagne, you know to relax ;p Without champagne flutes, we were very happy with wine glasses- More in! Happy Anna! We then browsed through all the goodies we got, and we had a lot to play with! We had little fight over who gets the pink nail polish, but of course I let Nina have it 😉 I am such a good friend! It was funny at some point to explaining Nina about Xmas cracker! We get to open our gold Baylis-Harding ones to find awesome shower gels and body lotions! I love the idea of having goodies like that! Like seriously, how many nail clippers, paper crowns and lego key rings you going to collect on each xmas dinner?

Once we polished the champagne, then was a time to warm up with hot chocolate! We all love hot chocolate but once my dear you try the Whittard Rocky Yard flavour of marshmallows, cherry and biscuit you will say- you actually never tried a real hot chocolate before! Man! It’s like a finger licking good! We added loads of marshmallows made it sicky-sweet! That’s how I like the most! We set some movies, but not end up watching much, as the entire time we most laughed, gossiped while doing our nails in a breaks of posing with stupid faces. I am such a poser, fact! We of course, got chocolates! Champagne and chocolates…! That’s what girls need! Elegant, classy & yummy!Oh and Candles of course!

Our Saturday night was one that I will never forget ( and not because we only had one bootle 😉 but because it was really special! We had so much fun, so many tasty bits and most of all we were together there. I now, I probably sound like my grandma speaking at the xmas table but I don’t get to see Nina very often so having a night together like that was absolutely amazing! I would say, instead of getting a short crop top showing of frozen belly and messy hair, queuing to the next bar-stay in! Do a little girly shopping, gather all essentials ( Check Nina’s post about guide to the girly nigh in ) and enjoy yourself girls! I thought I am little too old for Pyjama party, hell no! Especially not in the Ted Baker one! We will never be too old for night like that!
