After taking of break of blogging and social, I am super excited to be back with such a great post for you. I took part in a #UKHomeBlogHop along with 27 other bloggers and we all are showing you the great summer decorating in our spaces. Once you read the post, at the bottom I will link to another person so ‘Hop’ onto them and them from them to another and this way you will complete the hop. Each and one of the blogger is a talented person with a beautiful home so you will find a various inspirations from gardens to balcony into the bedrooms and living rooms and all within summer style bedroom decorating.
You are probably landed here from Rachel Newcombe Fresh design blog. Welcome! If you don’t know me, I am Anna and I am the owner of 2 beautiful cats. I blog mainly about my rented space but also a bit of fashion and other things. My blog is mostly kept in pink vibes with a dose of positive inspiration. Every season I love to restyle my apartment. If you want to redecorate or stage your home, it could end up being costly. See if you can cover some of the cost with funding for title loans.
Thanks to our wonderful host Kimberly from SwoonWorthy, the wonderful blogger who put so much hard work into the hop! She rocks! and I can’t thanks to her enough for inviting me into it. If you just started the hop, then perhaps best way is to jump into Kimberly posts Eclectic Boho Garden Design and then start the hop 🙂

For those who know me already, before I go into the bedroom, I just wanted to update you quickly on whats going on. So, I have changed my hair ( if you haven’t seen on Instagram) and decided to lose the pink locks for a bit. I loved them, don’t get me wrong, but I felt I needed a change and a dramatic one. I have started a full-time job in interior design and I got a new flatmate. I think everything is going amazingly positive. I am super excited for all what’s coming up. I will still be blogging, maybe rather less than a full time but I won’t stop.
Right back to the post.
Every season I love to restyle my apartment. There is always a lovely theme going on and this time of the year, I wanted to refresh it and make my summer style bedroom decorating obviously in my pink vibes. Actually, You may see this photoshoot in a HomeStyle Magazine ( still in shops!) where I was on the cover! Yes, I am cover girl! It still didn’t sink yet. I loved this all set out and I wanted to share with you closer showing you the images of my home.
There are few important aspects of this summer bedroom decorating. First of all, I think the main thing comes from this beautiful marble bedding I got from Urban Outfitters. I think the pattern is particularly strong and looks incredibly refreshing. I love how it all tight along with my not so summery- yet still lovely chunky wool bedspread I got last from Saint Wools. This was the main start and the idea behind this whole style actually, to bring a bit of sophisticated marble to my pink and finish up with copper and grey soft hues.
Next, onto cushions, I am madly in love with these PennyRoseHomeGifts 2 pink cushions. I love how the chevron pattern mixed with the slight Marrakesh inspired pattern in delicate pastel pink colour throughout. It really worked well with another cushion from SassandBell ‘’You are Awesome’’ (ekhm, obviously!). I love the shape of it and it brings a bit of positivity to the set-out. The knot tight cushion is from The Room Alive who recently opened her lovely store online and you cant miss it. Isn’t a beautiful piece?
I haven’t changed much in my walls but decided to add some pieces of artificial flowers and Instax shots and kept rest quite it was from winter as I am looking currently to replace my old prints from my gallery wall post. My bedroom was updated with cheese plant ( that haven’t died yet!) which is a huge achievement to my serial plants killer skills. I think the plant brought a lot into the setting. I started really loving greens around my home and I think the next photoshoot will include a bit of it.
I have also decided to bring my desk from the living room into the bedroom. This was mainly done because I work more often in the bedroom now and it’s easier to access everything. I think the new layout works perfectly and I am kind of in impression I make my room ready for the ‘’single girl life’’.
Another new addition is the DFS Zink armchair in the lovely pattern. Originally I was sent in grey, and they replaced it with this one. I can even stress enough of how much this pattern belongs to this room.
I honestly love this summer edition and it looks really refreshed now. I sadly don’t have a garden and my Juliet bacon face parking and enormous building site so any attempts of making it a summery or making anything of that at all, would be a disaster.
I hope you liked my summer bedroom decorating and now hop to Karen from Well I guess this is growing up, another wonderful Manchester blogger who will show you another summer post.
